At 53 years old, Phil Mickelson is returning to Augusta to play in the Masters tournament for the 31st time.
Phil Mickelson, who won the tournament in 2004, 2006 and 2010, tied with Brooks Koepka for second in last year’s Masters. The two were four strokes behind champion Jon Rahm, and Mickelson pulled into the runner-up spot after shooting a 65 – seven strokes under par – in the final round. It was the best final day the veteran golfer had ever played at Augusta.
