“Andy Murray has shared a strongly-worded Instagram story, directing criticism at the UK Government in anticipation of their Cabinet reshuffle.”
The tennis ace shared artwork from artist David Shrigley on his Instagram story last night.
In the story, Shrigley has pained a blue crow flying in the air.
And it is accompanied by the words: “I’m flying to London to s**t on the Government.”
It comes after recent turmoil within the Government over comments made by former Home Secretary Suella Braverman over pro-Palestine protests set to take place over Remembrance weekend.
And this morning the Prime Minister began reshuffling his cabinet.
Ms Braverman was sacked from her job with Rishi Sunak appointing James Cleverly as the new Home Secretary.
And in a surprise twist, the Prime Minister appointed former PM David Cameron into his Cabinet as the new Foreign Secretary.
Wimbledon champ Andy has previously supported the Yes campaign at the Independence Referendum in 2014.
The night before the vote he tweeted: “Huge day for Scotland today!
“No campaign negativity last few days totally swayed my view on it.
“Excited to see the outcome.
“Lets do this!”
And he even joked he was looking to get into politics when Nicola Sturgeon announced she was resigning as First Minister back in February.
The crow’s artist Mr Shrigley caused a storm when he created Partick Thistle’s mascot Kingsley back in 2015.
