American gymnastics star Simone Biles recently extended her support to her husband Jonathan Owens as he gears up for the Chicago Bears’ upcoming game against the Jacksonville Jaguars. The Bears are set to take on the Jaguars in an overseas battle soon.
Biles has been a passionate supporter of her husband, and she frequently attends his games to cheer him on. Most recently, the 11-time Olympic medalist was spotted when the Bears took on the Los Angeles Rams on September 29. She was seen showing her support to her husband and his team while sporting a Bears sweater.The appearance came after she faced criticism from the NFL community for wearing a Green Bay Packers jersey (Owens’ former team) at a Bears game. Following that, Biles issued a statement saying that she has plenty of Bears outfits now.
In a recent development, Biles took to her Instagram stories and shared a UK Chicago Bears post where they shared an update about the team’s arrival in London for their game against the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday, October 13. Resharing the post that features Jonathan Owens, Biles wrote:

The Bears vs. Jaguars game will take place in London’s popular Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, which is also the home ground of the English Premier League club Tottenham. The venue will serve as the home ground of the Bears, and it is the second of three games scheduled to take place in London.

Simone Biles could not contain her excitement when Jonathan Owens scored a touchdown during the Bears game against the Tennessee Titans in September. Talking about it, she said that she was excited to witness the moment live.
“I was just excited that I was able to sit there and I was able to witness it and experience the energy, the culture and just watch everyone react to her,” she said (as quoted by Bleacher Report).
In addition to cheering Owens on the field, Biles consistently defends her husband from critics. One such incident occurred after the 27-year-old returned from the Paris Olympics with four medals. Later, a post went viral where Owens was criticized for wearing Biles’ Olympic medals. Defending her husband, the Ohio native suggested naysayers stop being miserable and leave her family alone.
