Tiger Woods recently announced that he would be heading back to the course to play with his son Charlie in the PNC Championship later this month, but he also revealed the first look the facility for TGL, his new golf league with Rory McIlroy.
A new video shows Woods taking swings inside the league’s facility, a massive simulator that features golfers hitting into a huge screen.

“Big cat looking good!,” one fan said.
“Cannot wait for this!!,” said another fan.
“This is going to be sick!!!,” one fan added.
“He may be on a pitch count for all we know but seeing him hit driver is a significant step,” said PGA Magazine’s Jeremy Schilling.
“Interested to see how this will be broadcast. My personal opinion would be to ‘do whatever it takes’ to remove the sound of the ball hitting the screen,” another fan said.
“With my current driver yips I would definitely find a way to miss this massive screen at least once,” one fan said.
“what I’m really realizing here is that Tiger Woods swinging a golf club activates a part of my brain so deeply integral that it will make me watch the TGL,” another fan admitted.
“This looks better than expected! Are you going to tune in?,” asked golf influencer Paige Spiranac.
TGL is set to debut on January 7, and will feature six teams of golfers competing head-to-head over the course of a regular season and playoffs until a champion is crowned.
Some of the world’s best players have joined Woods and McIlroy for the TGL’s inaugural season, including Xander Schauffele, Max Homa, Justin Thomas, Ludvig Aberg and Patrick Cantlay.
The teams are owned by celebrities and top owners in other sports leagues, including Arthur Blank, Steve Cohen, the Fenway Sports Group, Stephen Curry and the Williams Sisters.
The league’s first season will be shown live on Mondays and Tuesday nights in primetime during the winter on ESPN and ESPN+, beginning with New York vs Bay Golf Club at 9 PM ET on Tuesday, January 7.
