Two teens are accused of leading deputies on a chase that ended with a PIT maneuver, a foot pursuit, a Taser, and arrests.

Deputies with the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office (SJSO) say that on October 6, they located a stolen vehicle from Duval County in the area of Racetrack Road and East Peyton Parkway.

After attempting a traffic stop, deputies say the vehicle fled before being forcibly stopped by a PIT maneuver.

But the driver, 16-year-old Jaylen Langston, and passenger, 14-year-old Jermaryon Williams, continued the chase on foot, ignoring deputy commands until they were tased and taken into custody.

Williams was also handed additional counts of unlawful carry of a concealed firearm and grand theft of a firearm.
