HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – The University of Hawaii Rainbow Warriors return from their bye week to take on Utah State University Saturday.

USU has been on a similar path as the ‘Bows, with a 3-2 record compared to Hawaii’s 4-2 record.

Both teams have also played against the Air Force Academy, with USU winning 49-30. UH beat the Falcons 44-35.

Saturday’s game is the 20th meeting between the ‘Bows and the Aggies, with Utah State winning the last eight meetings.

It also marks another farewell game for UH as Utah State will join the PAC-12 next season.

Manoa hopes to play a clean game against the Aggies.

“Penalties set us back and against Air Force we only had four, which was the lowest we’ve ever had, so we’re on the decline of making less penalties and when you make less penalties you give yourself a better chance to win the game,” said offensive lineman Zhen Sotelo.
