King Charles met volunteers and staff, before meeting representatives of local charities and voluntary organisations
The royal family has shared major update about King Charles after his beloved daughter-in-law Kate Middleton released a statement about ‘remission.’
The Princess of Wales, following her surprise visit to hospital, where she was treated for cancer, said: “It is a relief to now be in remission and I remain focussed on recovery. As anyone who has experienced a cancer diagnosis will know, it takes time to adjust to a new normal.”

Following Kate Middleton’s statement, King Charles visited The Gate Charity, a community resource that offers support, practical help, and provides a safe environment to those affected by homelessness and food insecurity.
The royal family shared photos of King Charles on social media handles with a meaningful statement.
The palace said, “During his time at the centre, The King met volunteers and staff, before meeting representatives of local charities and voluntary organisations who have been presented with a Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service or a King’s Award for Voluntary Service, including Forth Valley Welcome, Homestart Clackmannanshire and Breathe Easy.”
