Prince Harry and Meghan MarkleLAPRESSE Video is purported to show Markle engaging in awkward behavior with charity chief

An uncomfortable interaction between Meghan Markle and Dr. Sophie Chandauka, the chair of the Sentebale charity, has resurfaced, drawing attention to allegations of “toxic” behavior against Prince Harry.

The incident, which occurred last August at the Royal Salute Polo Challenge in Wellington, Florida, has gained new traction following controversial accusations made by Chandauka about Harry’s actions within the charity.

In the viral video, Markle and Harry are seen posing for photos with Chandauka in front of a step-and-repeat backdrop. While the moment initially appears pleasant, the situation takes a turn when Markle begins directing Chandauka to move.

“You want to come over here?” Markle asks, repeatedly motioning for Chandauka to switch places with her, despite already standing beside Harry. The interaction becomes increasingly awkward, with Chandauka ducking under the trophy to adjust her position, prompting Markle to comment, “Lovely.”

Chandauka speaks out about the event’s chaos
In a recent Sky News interview, Chandauka revealed that the charity had not been informed about Meghan Markle’s attendance until the last minute.

“We would have been really excited had we known ahead of time,” she said. This lack of communication led to logistical issues, including a chaotic photo-op due to the crowded stage.

“The choreography went badly on stage because we had too many people on stage,” she explained.

As a result, the awkward moment between Markle and Chandauka was captured by the media, sparking widespread discussion about Markle’s behavior and her treatment of Chandauka.

Adding to the confusion, Markle attended the event with her close friend, Serena Williams, and a Netflix camera crew filming for her upcoming series. Chandauka also shared that Harry had asked her to issue a statement in support of Markle after the viral incident, but she refused.

“Not because I didn’t care about the Duchess, but because I knew what would happen if I did,” she said, emphasizing that the charity could not be seen as an extension of the Sussexes.

The tension between Harry and Sentebale has only intensified following Chandauka’s explosive accusations. She claims that Harry’s resignation from the charity, which he co-founded in 2006 in memory of his late mother, Princess Diana, and Prince Seeiso’s mother, Mamohato Bereng Seeiso, is a direct result of his actions.

According to Chandauka, Harry is to blame for fostering a toxic environment marked by “misogynoir,” poor governance, bullying, and harassment within the organization.

Chandauka also stated that Harry’s alleged “damaging” attack on her led to harassment and bullying. However, a source close to the former trustees of Sentebale has dismissed these allegations, calling them “completely baseless.”
