Prince William and Kate Middleton have had quite a roller coaster year.
Ever since the Princess of Wales underwent a full round of chemotherapy after her shocking cancer diagnosis and after 14 years of being wed to one another, welcoming three children, the couple has grown closer than ever.
As per HELLO! as the Prince and Princess celebrated their anniversary, the two looked more relaxed and in love.
“They appeared more natural and comfortable with each other than ever,” a source involved with the visit told the outlet.
“They were constantly touching one another, nudging each other to point things out and sharing lots of jokes,” they added.
The insider continued, “Their newfound appreciation of life after everything that has happened seems to have made them even happier together.
“It looked like them reconnecting with a place of which they clearly have happy memories. They were in their element,” they concluded.
This also comes after the end of last month, Prince William and Kate Middleton posted a rare never-before-seen picture of themselves to mark their wedding anniversary.
“Wonderful to be abc on the Isle of Mull. Thank you to everyone for such a warm welcome [red heart emoji] W & C,” the royal couple captioned the post.
