The country’s top gymnasts are competing for just a few spots on Team USA and the chance to represent the country at the Paris Olympics
Get ready for some pikes and tucks! It’s time for Team USA’s men’s and women’s Olympic artistic gymnastics teams to be set.

The top male and female gymnasts in the country have gathered in Minneapolis to compete in the U.S. Olympic Gymnastics team trials from Thursday, June 27, to Sunday, June 30. At the conclusion of the event, the men’s and women’s 2024 artistic gymnastics teams will be named and ready to head to Paris for the 2024 Summer Games.

Among the high-profile athletes hitting the mat include, of course, the most-decorated American gymnast of all time: Simone Biles. These Games are a redemption arc for Biles, who suffered from a debilitating case of the twisties in Tokyo in 2021 and dropped out of the majority of her events.

Others hoping for a spot on Team USA? Medalists Suni Lee and Jordan Chiles, as well as Jade Carey and rising star Skye Blakely.

On the men’s side, Brody Malone, Yul Moldauer and Cameron Bock are all eyeing a chance to represent America over in France.

PEOPLE is covering all the action in Minnesota, live, with reporters on the ground. Keep reading for updates from throughout the trials.
