OKEECHOBEE, Fla. (CBS12) — A man and woman are behind bars after they were found to be allegedly selling methamphetamine from a home they shared with several children.
On Friday, members of the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force and Drug Enforcement Agency conducted a narcotics search warrant at Apartment 90 G, located at 2201 SW 28th Street, after an ongoing investigation.
The investigation revealed Nikolas Antoinne Willis and Taylor Marie Hammack selling methamphetamine from their residence, the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office says.

A search of the residence was conducted, where deputies found:
- 65.44 grams of methamphetamine
- 20.88 grams of crack cocaine
- 2 Ectasy pills
- 30.13 grams of marijuana
Deputies say that some of the drugs they found were in reach of the children.
Willis and Hammack were taken to the Okeechobee County Jail, where they face felony counts of trafficking methamphetamine, selling methamphetamine, possession of crack cocaine with intent to sell, and possession of ecstasy. Deputies say Willis faces additional counts of introducing a controlled substance into a detention facility, tampering with evidence, and driving with a suspended license.
Further investigation found that Willis was recently released from prison and has nine prior felony convictions.
