A royal expert has revealed Meghan Markle’s true feelings over Princess of Wales Kate Middleton’s big nomination this year.
Royal expert Charlotte Griffiths believes Meghan would have been “jealous” of Kate Middleton’s nomination for the Person of the Year award 2024 by the American magazine Time.
The future queen was nominated by the Time for its Person of the Year award 2024.
Kate’s nomination came after she “made international headlines this year and stirred a conversation about privacy and health for public figures” according to the magazine.
Speaking on the Daily Mail’s Palace Confidential, the royal expert said: “Meghan would have been really jealous. She would have loved to have been nominated for Time Women of the Year.”
The Princess of Wales was previously on the TIME100 list of Most Influential People in 2013, and one of the runners-up for Person of the Year in 2011.
Meghan Markle’s reaction to Kate Middleton’s nomination has been exposed as it is believed the duchess is preparing for a big 2025, which will include the official launch of her American Riviera Orchard products.
