PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) — Crews are hard at work preparing for Sunday’s Victory at Sea concert on Independence Mall.
The free concert is being held in celebration of the 250th anniversary of the United States Navy and Marine Corps.

It will feature performances from Philadelphia’s own Patti LaBelle, Justin Guarini, Rhonda Vincent and others. The show will be hosted by actor, comedian and retired Marine officer Rob Riggle.
The concert will be held rain or shine and Action News will be there.
