Prince Harry’s former girlfriend Cressida Bonas has shared a sweet dance video as she made a big announcement about her podcast, the Lessons From Our Mothers.
In the Lessons From Our Mothers, Cressida and her sister Isabella explore the wisdom, love, and lessons passed down through generations.
Taking to Instagram, the British actress shared the dance video and announced the third season of their podcast.
She said, “SEASON THREE coming THIS Sunday 25th January.”
Cressida went on saying, “We’re so excited to be bringing you a third season of Lessons From Our Mothers, and there’s no time to wait as the first episode will be dropping on your preferred podcast platform THIS weekend. Can you guess who our first guest is? HINT: a British icon who has crossed oceans on screen…”
Cressida announced in March 2025 that she was launching a new podcast – featuring A-listers and a very special royal guest, her friend Princess Eugenie.
The actress, who dated Prince Harry from 2012 to 2014, had announced that Lessons From Our Mothers would be launching on March 30, 2025 which was Mother’s Day in the UK.
Meanwhile, today Cressida made the announcement after emotional Prince Harry on Wednesday blasted the publisher of two UK newspapers, accusing them of making his wife Meghan’s life “an absolute misery” as he finished testifying at London’s High Court.
Prince Harry had returned to Britain on Sunday.
