Prince William has planned a romantic evening for his beloved wife Kate Middleton on her 43rd birthday, a new report has revealed.
William, the Prince of Wales, will first mark Kate’s birthday with a low-key family gathering at home with Kate’s parents and extended family.
Speaking with In Touch Weekly, an insider revealed that Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis are also excited to bake her a cake and decorate the house with balloons.
As for the romantic dinner, the insider said William is planning a romantic surprise getaway for the couple, with Kate’s parents happily agreeing to babysit.
“Kate doesn’t want anything extravagant. What makes her happy these days are the little things, the quality time at home with William and the kids, that’s all she wants for her birthday,” the source said.
They added, “He’s planning to cook her a nice roast dinner at home and have her parents and extended family join them.”
“The kids are very excited about baking her a cake and have all sorts of decorations picked out, William has given them carte blanche when it comes to putting up silly decor for her so there will be lots of balloons and that sort of thing.”
The insider further shared that William is “talking about taking her away for the night, somewhere close by so that they can have a romantic night just the two of them.”
“Her parents are more than happy to stay with the kids and babysit, and he’s carved out a nice break in his schedule so that he can totally devote himself to focusing on her.”
