A royal insider has claimed that the Princess of Wales wants Harry and William to end their bitter feud
Princess Kate wants Harry and William to end their brotherly feud but will remain “loyal” to her “fuming” husband, a royal source has claimed.
Harry and William have been wrapped up in a feud for the past few years after Harry quit his position as a working royal.
The Princess of Wales, who is battling a form of cancer, is reportedly encouraging her “fuming” husband to make amends with his younger brother.
Royal author Christopher Andersen told Fox News: “Kate would like nothing better than to have the brothers kiss and make up. It would be one less cloud hanging over the Royal Family’s head.”
“She understands completely why William is still fuming. Kate is not about to pressure William while he has so much on his plate, notably her cancer and the king’s cancer battle as well.”
He added: “But above all else, Kate is loyal to her husband,”

A source told Closer Magazine that the Princess has been encouraging the brothers to “fix” their problems.
The source told the outlet: “It’s something Kate really wants William to try to fix, for everyone’s sakes, but he’s refusing.”
They later added: “In his view, the best course is to keep quiet and get on with their lives, but Kate is absolutely opposed to that way of thinking. As far as she’s concerned, life’s too short for grudges.”
The brothers once had an incredibly close relationship and along with their wives, they were dubbed the Fab Four.
But the relationship between them has grown strained in recent years, and after Harry moved to the US he launched a series of attacks on his brother and Kate in the form of interviews and his memoir Spare.
His memoir contained private details of his exchanges with his family members including his brother and Princess Kate.
Many members of the Royal Family now feel they cannot chat with Prince Harry due to fears he will leak the details in a second autobiography, according to an insider.
The source told The Sunday Times: “The problem for the King and other members of the family is the worry that if they have a chat with Harry, it will appear in Spare volume two.
“How do you regain the trust? I don’t think Harry ever can. But from the conversations I’ve had with the King, I would never say their relationship is irreparable.
“The King’s capacity to forgive his son is undimmed. There are other members of the royal family who are much more weighted against Harry, that’s the problem.
“It has been reported that Harry has tried to reach out to his older brother after Kate’s cancer diagnosis, but his efforts were rebuffed.”
When Harry was most recently in the UK for an Invictus Games celebration both William and the King skipped the event and did not see the duke.
