That’s because she wants to set a good example for the kids, which includes her and Prince William’s children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis, along with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s two kids, Archie and Lilibet.
The Princess of Wales knows that it’s not going to be easy to reach out to Harry and convince the rest of the royal family to end their feud with him, but she knows that it has to happen sooner rather than later.
Not only that, but it’s also going to be hard to convince Prince William that this is even a good idea. He has made it clear that he wants nothing to do with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
He doesn’t want to talk to them, nor does he ever want to speak to them or be in the same room as them ever again.
One source close to the situation even put it this way, “She knows that may be a big ask and the challenge is that William and Harry see things so differently, so Kate can’t force anything. She’s doing what she can behind the scenes, but ultimately, it’s up to William and Harry.”
The insider added, “She hasn’t made a whole lot of headway with him, as he’s still very reluctant to trust Harry and Meghan.”
What Is Kate Middleton Going To Do Next?
The tipster added that Kate Middleton is not giving up as she wants the children to grow up as cousins, which is something they haven’t been able to do at this point.
“It breaks her heart to imagine something like this happening to them, so she wants to show them that family is worth fighting for,” added the source.
Now, whether or not that’s actually going to happen remains to be seen. So far Buckingham Palace has not made any comments about the matter yet.
