Queen Camilla’s son reveals how his mother is doing amid health scare
Queen Camilla’s son, Tom Parker Bowles, issued a health update about his “tough” mother, revealing she is recovering well from her recent illness.
In an interview with The Telegraph, Parker Bowles revealed that his mother returned to work before complete recovery but noted that she is now fine and getting on with her royal duties.
The author also noted that the Queen Consort was left disappointed after missing Remembrance Sunday, she has not let her new role as Queen change her work ethic.
“She went back to work before she should have done but she’s fine. She’s tough. She hates that she missed Remembrance Sunday,” he told the publication.
“That’s a big day for her. She just gets on with it. She’s always been like that,” he added. “Sometimes you don’t know where she is and you’ll look at the telly and she’ll be in Ireland.”
“Nothing’s changed [since she became Queen] except she’s now Your Majesty, rather than Your Highness, and she works a lot harder.”
