An expert gives reasons why she believes Sarah Ferguson may speak with the press about the royal family.
Sarah Ferguson has not been seen in public since her husband, Andrew, was stripped of the Prince title.
In light of this, Samara Gill, a royal journalist, claims that if she were to step into the spotlight, for example, by giving a tell-all interview, it might worry some in the royal family.
She cites several reasons for the ex-royal member to break her silence. Starting with finance.
Fergie, her nickname, is currently in a poor financial situation, the expert claims, making her more open to accepting the interview offer, which gives “six-figure” payments.
“I think it’s not right that she is going to speak out, but I think she will. Should she? I mean she needs the money, she needs the cash, it’s as simple as that,” she tells The Royal Sun podcast.
Another reason, Samara believes, is that the couple, Sarah and Andrew, have nothing to lose after The Firm parted ways with them.
“This is the scenario that I worried about the most for the Royal Family because both her and Andrew have absolutely nothing to lose at this point.”
“Who knows whose dirty laundry they will then air out? I don’t know think it’ll be their own but think that because of the big amounts of money, you know I mean six figure sums that are being thrown around for this interview, who knows who she’ll talk about?
The royal expert believes that if Sarah speaks out, it may cause concern for the royal family, as she was an insider with 4 decades of experience with the monarchy.
“Because she probably won’t brief about Andrew, she probably won’t even really talk about herself unless it’s about her struggle, she might talk about other Royal Family members and throw them under the bus and that’s what I’m worried about,” Samara concludes.
