Construction worker injured at Mount Nebo Baptist Church
MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. — A man was injured on Wednesday afternoon at a church in South Miami, according to Miami-Dade Fire Rescue personnel.
The man was working on construction when an external wall collapsed and a concrete slab fell on his leg at Mount Nebo Baptist Church, at 6075 SW 64 St., according to M-DFR personnel.
Firefighters freed the man, who suffered serious injuries, and took him to the nearest trauma center, according to M-DFR.
