The Princess of Wales is on vacation with her husband and children, but her social media feeds have a special message about the joy of connection and nature.

The Princess of Wales, Kate Middleton, has shared a new video of her series Mother Nature to her social media accounts. Although the princess does not appear in the video, she lends her voice to the narration and also nods to some of her activities in recent months, with the presence of some of the dancers from the Royal Ballet School who participated in her return-to-work Christmas concert.

“Summer is a season for abundance. Just as the flowers bloom and the fruits ripen, we too are reminded of our own potential for growth. It is the time to ignite our inner fire and explore our own creativity, passions, and dreams,” she says in the video. “As we bask in the sunlit hours, friends and families come together, playing, connecting, being present. Embracing the joy to be found in even the most fleeting of moments and shared experiences. Our lives flourish when we cherish the bonds of love and friendship. So open your hearts, sing, dance, play. The days are still long. So simply love and be loved.”

In a caption, the princess also said that “it has never been more important to appreciate the value of others and Mother Nature,” and encouraged her followers to celebrate the season with her. “Let’s toast to summer.”

The video was launched on a surprising date, as Kate, Prince William, and their three children are on vacation. It marks the second installment in a series titled Mother Nature, with the four seasons as its main motif. It was conceived by Kate as a way to share the connection and solace she found in the British countryside while coping with her cancer diagnosis. After the spring video—in which Kate appeared and said, “for the last year, nature has been my sanctuary”—came the turn of summer. There are also nods to one of the hobbies she shares with Meghan Markle: beekeeping. According to a Kensington Palace statement that accompanied this installment, the series “remains anchored in nature, but also captures human interactions and celebrates the joy of connecting,” referring to the dancers, along with the sounds of families and children playing that accompany Kate’s voice.
