Kate Middleton made a splash at Trooping the Color, but there’s another event close to her heart that’s beckoning her return. Could Wimbledon be next?
Last Saturday, June 18, Kate Middleton made a stunning return to the public eye during the Trooping the Color parade. This event honors the British monarch’s birthday and brings together the entire royal family. It was remarkable to see Kate back in action since her last public appearance at Christmas. She revealed a few weeks ago that she’s been battling cancer, which explains her recent absence. But give kudos where it’s due—Kate looked fantastic and seemed in good spirits as she joined in the festivities.

When Will We See Kate Middleton Again?
Royal expert Katie Nicholl has praised Kate’s comeback. “I can only imagine the immense preparation, time, effort, and energy that went into her appearance on Saturday,” she told Entertainment Tonight. Despite her ongoing treatment, Kate stood for quite a while. There was even a moment when she accepted a seat, showing she’s not as robust as she used to be. If you didn’t already know about her cancer treatment, you’d probably never guess.

Kate is supposedly doing a lot better these days, though she still has good and bad days. But she needs to rest as she continues her recovery. So, when’s her next appearance? It could be soon. Katie Nicholl speculates that the Wimbledon tournament in July might be the perfect occasion. Kate, a real sports enthusiast and tennis fan, rarely misses it. As the patron of the British Tennis Federation, she loves attending Wimbledon with her husband, William, her kids, or even her sister, Pippa.

Return at Wimbledon?
Katie Nicholl highlighted one of Kate’s personal messages about finding joy in activities she loves. “She mentioned her desire to do things that bring her happiness, like being in nature, spending time with her children, and taking part in daily school activities,” Nicholl shared.

Let’s not forget tennis—Kate absolutely loves it. Her role at the Lawn Tennis Association is something she takes great pride in, making Wimbledon a fixture on her calendar. Nicholl mentioned, “I wouldn’t be surprised at all to see her at Wimbledon because it brings her joy, which is essential for her recovery.”

Whether she attends or not, one thing’s for sure, we’re all eagerly waiting for anticipated big Kate Middleton return.
