The royal expert warned Meghan Markle and Prince Harry “when things go wrong, they’re not going to fix it”
A royal expert has claimed that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have received a strong message from the royal family after they moved back to Britain.
Speaking on The Nerve podcast, royal expert Rob Shuter has claimed this days after the Duke and Duchess returned to UK.
He said the royal family intends to play the “long game” when it comes to Meghan and Harry.
The expert warned the couple, the royals have no intention of rushing to the rescue if their British comeback backfires.
Rob said, “Harry and Meghan only see five to 10 minutes into the future. They play the here and now.”
However, “The royals play not next week, but the next 10 or 20 years. That’s how far ahead they are looking. They plan that company, that family, like it’s a major business. It is a business. And so, they’re not looking for the easy hit.”
He went on saying about the publicity that will surround the couple, “I’m told that the royals are going to just let them. Just let them do it. Just let them,” adding “And a year from now, 6 months from now, 5 years from now, ‘we’ll still be standing.'”
The royal expert also claimed that if Harry and Markle’s attempts to step back into the spotlight backfire spectacularly, “The palace won’t be there to clear up. That’s what I’ve been told from my sources inside the palace is that they’re not going to help them.”
Rob also warned “But maybe worse than that, when things go wrong, they’re not going to fix it.”
