Prince Harry sends message to Australia days before Princess Anne visit

The Duke of Sussex marks special anniversary after Buckingham Palace’s statement.
Prince Harry appears to be in a celebratory mood as he sent a delightful message to Australia ahead of Princess Anne’s much-awaited tour to the Commonwealth country.

On October 28, the Duke of Sussex’s team for Invictus Games released an exciting video, showcasing special moments from the 2018 event, which took place in Sydney.

The statement alongside the video reads, “Today, we mark the 7-year anniversary of the Invictus Games Sydney 2018, a truly unforgettable week of recovery and inspiration for everyone involved.”

“The legacy of those Games lives on today through Invictus Australia, continuing to support injured service members and their families through sport, community, and connection.”

Prince Harry marked 7th anniversary of the Invictus Games Sydney 2018 just days before his aunt, the Princess Royal’s trip to Australia, as announced by Buckingham Palace.

According to the royal family, Anne, alongside her husband, Vice Admiral Sir Tim Laurence, will begin their tour on November 8.

The hardest working royal, who is Colonel-in-Chief to the Royal Australian Corps of Signals (RASigs), will undertake several military engagements in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane to mark the formation of the Corps’ 100 years.

Moreover, as President of the Commonwealth War Graves Commission, Princess Anne will lay a wreath at the Sydney War Cemetery.
