Prince Harry landed in the UK ahead of a rare and especially noteworthy four-day trip across the Atlantic, during which he will participate in a host of charitable duties
Prince Harry has landed in the UK and sped straight to pay his respects to the late Queen Elizabeth II.
The Duke of Sussex is spending the next four days in the UK, where he will participate in charity-focused duties, including an informal meet with Children in Need and appearance at the WellChild awards.
Almost immediately after touching down today, he headed for his grandmother’s grave in Windsor, and was seen paying his respects in a private moment inside St George’s Chapel, where she was laid to rest in 2022.
Harry-Charles meeting ‘not off the table’ as Prince lands in UK
A meeting between Prince Harry and the King is not off the table, a source has said, despite the possibility having been deemed unlikely in the run up to the royal’s UK arrival.
A source told the Daily Mail: “A meeting with Charles is not off the table but the only people who would know about it are Clive Alderton [the King’s private secretary] and Charles and Harry. If anything is planned, then he is keeping this extremely close to his chest. It certainly is part of his intention to see his father. If it’s on Wednesday, then he would make it work.”
