The Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office said Monday the charges came after the victim reported the assaults to the Pennsylvania State Police on Sept. 24.

The alleged victim is now an adult. Charging documents reveal Fountain admitted to the sexual abuse while interviewed inside the Montgomery County Correctional Facility, where he’s awaiting extradition to Harford County, Maryland.

Fountain was arraigned on Sunday with multiple counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, sexual assault, indecent assault without consent, indecent assault with person less than 13 years old, unlawful contact with minor-sexual offenses, endangering the welfare of children and corruption of minors.

Late last month, Fountain was also charged in Maryland for engaging in sexually explicit online conversations with a detective posing as a 14-year-old boy.

Investigators say Fountain allegedly sent explicit photos and made online posts with titles such as “38m looking for younger.”

Fountain is a father of two young children and has an 18-year-old stepchild.

According to his LinkedIn and Facebook profiles, Fountain owns Camp Magnolia in Skippack and Magnolia Children’s Academy in Gilbertsville.

There’s no word if any children were allegedly assaulted in connection with those businesses, but the investigation is ongoing.
