AIEA (HawaiiNewsNow) – Firefighters are battling a two-alarm building fire Thursday night, according to fire officials.
The Honolulu Fire Department provided an address matching the Halawa View Apartments.
HFD said the emergency call came in at around 5:40 p.m.
Police were also requested at the scene, said HFD.
The fire was upgraded to a two-alarm fire almost twenty minutes later, just before 6 p.m., according to fire officials.
Firefighters extinguished the blaze minutes later, said HFD.
Paramedics were dispatched to the scene, along with a fire investigator.
Emergency Medical Services confirmed they have not treated any patients.
